Led the UX front on all of MZ's 4x titles. Created wireframes and prototypes for all games and was a large stakeholder in MZ's design decisions.
MZ's a company that works at a breakneck speed; working on making a more efficient pipeline between marketing, design, and the UI team was key to assuring that the ship could steer as smoothly as possible. We implemented new approval methods for design and allowed for faster internal testing and feedback.
